Fabio Bertoni has been responsible for all aspects of baking in the Bertoni Family Company that was established in 1918 for more than 30 years. His passion was passed on to him by his father as a child, and it continues to grow.
For Fabio Bertoni, baking is a continually evolving journey in the memory of taste. He is well renowned in the industry for his extravagant teaching styles backed up by his long list of master degrees in Baking, food science and the culinary arts. Fabio instruct all over the world and teaches regularly in Europe, Dubai, Australia and the United states.
His passion and energy took him to the highest level and he has now marketed his brand all over the worlds as his bakeries appear in all areas of the globe.
Achievement:
As president of the Italian Institute, he founded in 1999 the Federation of young bakers, to help young bakers keep up to date with the new and innovative techniques of the trade.
He consults for some of the world biggest companies such as Grande Mulino or the Holy Vatican.
