GIANLUCA GUAGNELI – PIZZA MASTER

Gianluca Guagneli started to show a great interest for the world of leavened in his early adolescence. He has been in the pizza arena for over fifteen years, making his expertise available abroad, especially in Spain.

He contributed to leading companies manufacturing pizza and products for bakery while keeping himself constantly updated on different topics of dough production as well as supporting luminaries during their courses and seminars.
